Elena Sparke MA Textiles

This post has been a long time coming, but I can finally showcase the work I have done for Elena Sparke.

I know I have posted photos of her Fire Within textile book, but Elena has been embroiled in her MA and had her work largely undercover from the public, saved for the final exhibition. Now though, the MA is complete, the final exhibition has been done and it’s time to show what Elena has created.

Elenas’s work ethic is extraordinary and her artistic and interpretive skillset stunning. Working with textiles she embues them with detail and story narrative in ways that offer layer upon later of intricacy. Her Russian heritage and culture is deep within her art and it’s not overstating things to say she pours heart and soul into her creations.

Now the MA is complete the road ahead has wide opportunity both artistically and commercially.
