A new Licenced Conveyancer for Farnham
Covid-19 has without doubt hurt people in business and those in employed roles, but phoenixes always rise from the ashes. 2020/21 has seen some businesses emerge, grow, expand and shine a light on the future.
Ian Edwards has decades of experience as a Conveyancing Property Lawyer, always working though as part of a larger team at solicitors practices. Coronavirus though stopped him in his tracks as the first national lockdown took hold and he was made redundent. Property transactions were all but frozen and Estate Agents were closed. Farnham Conveyancing was born!
Back in the 1980’s operating as a Licensed Conveyancer became an industry and now the property transaction business is populated with Solicitor Practices and Licensed Conveyancers. An Independant Licensed Conveyancer is only focussed on property transactions, with no distractions. Their overall operating costs may be lower, which might mean they can offer you a competitive fee rate for your sale and/or purchase compared to a solicitor practice. They are fully regulated with an eye watering liablity insurance premium so you are safely proteced.
